Our industry experience and market knowledge in the industry means we have a large and up to date database and network of candidates to contact regarding your opportunity.
Initial discussions will lead to a complete job specification created for you based on our discussions and an assessment of your initial requirements.
M2 will discuss possible recruitment options and place some FREE online advertising for you if suitable.
Potential candidates are screened and assessed for suitability. At this stage both the organisation and opportunity are discussed in full.
CVs of the candidates who are appropriate and interested in the opportunity are forwarded to you along with a brief summary and skill synopsis of the candidate.
M2 are regularly responsible for conducting 1st stage interviews.
M2 will arrange interviews and manage the process from interview through to completion and candidate start including delivery of offers and rejections.
Advertised Selection and Campaign Handling
Experience in this industry means we have a thorough understanding of the target market and knowledge of relevant local and national advertising media, costs and design.
M2 will discuss possible advertising options and an advert will be designed and placed in the desired media.
All applicants are screened and interviewed.
M2 will manage the process from interview through to completion and candidate start including delivery of offers and rejections.
